We stayed here for three nights and loved the hotel. The people at the front desk were friendly and extremely helpful. Free coffee, cookies, fruit, and daily newspapers were in the lobby. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable with lovely linens and pillows. The bathroom had nice toiletries and thick, soft towels. Each morning we went down to the breakfast room and were treated to a free, nutritious meal. There was choices of fruit, yogurt, hot and cold cereals, Belgium waffles (make your own), muffins, bagels, and hot breakfast items. It was a good way to start each morning. We would definitely stay here again! « less

My son and I as well as 10 other families from his team stayed here for a soccer tournament. The price was reasonable and the location was convenient to the fields we were playing at (KHA Elite Spring Thaw was the tourney). The rooms were failry clean and of reasonable size with 2 Queens. The walls were pretty thin and you could hear a lot through the walls although this is a lower price point hotel so that seems common at this price range. It was fine for the one night we needed a room and there is a movie theater, Magic Mushroom Pizza and DQ in walking distance so that is convenient. The Hotel manager on duty during the day was very helpful and when we had a problem with the TV came right down and helped us (there is an issue with the TV coming on if you dont unplug the DVD player they have for the TV). They have a large selection of free DVD's you can check out so this is a nice added touch. The Breakfast in the morning was very comprehensive with fruit, cereal, hot items and a waffle maker. Overall, very good experience for the price point with the only draw back the noise between the rooms. « less

Just got back from Northern Ky. Our daughter attends NKU. We (6 of us) were up there for an event for her and spent the night. Joy was there at the reception desk. She is true to her name. She made us feel very welcomed with her bubbly personality. Everytime we said, "can we..." it was always "oh absolutely, no problem!". We stay here everytime we need to stay overnight in the area and I thought they had upgraded the towels. The manager told me this morning that no they were upgrades some years ago. But I still felt like the were bigger and softer. I enjoyed the conversation with the staff at the reception staff this morning as well. Don't come here if you expect 5 star quality. They offer free breakfast but other than that they don't have a resaurant but there are plenty in the area. We all had a nice comfortable room with little touches made by the maid. Our maid was Jessica, so thanks Jessica! The wonderful staff far outdoes any 5 star snobby treatment anyday. We will definitely be back as this was a repeat service expectation! « less

A couple of people have said this hotel is hard to find. From I-275 just go east maybe a quarter mile. Take your first right after about a quarter mile. Really not hard to find at all if you understand what the AA Highway is. « less
