Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. five people in my family staying in a two queen room, called for a pullout sheet / blankets, they made us come get them instead of bringing them to us. Ran out of hand soap after a couple hours, rang the desk who said housekeeping would have to come by as they only have big refill pumps. Crazy if you aren't refilling after each stay to not have something to give a guest instead of waiting for housekeeping. Who never came, by the way. Also I believe whole heartedly if you have many people staying a hotel should at least offer more towels than a room is stocked with. Not counting that against them, would just feel like we were thought of. Overall not disappointed just not great guest care.

We were on the bottom floor. There were kids running and screaming on the floor above us until 2:30 three a.m.unbleivable parents would allow this to happen!
