We spent two days at this hotel. The staff were friendly and we were able to check in early in the rooms. We were suppose to get to two double beds room but they were all booked so they upgraded us to the king bedroom with a sleeper sofa. It is was ok except the room was too small when we expanded the sofa at night. The breakfast was very nice with lots of varieties but the service was slow in refilling the buffet items. They had hot items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, hash-brown and French toast. You can also make great waffles. Having a free parking and wifi was very convenient. It is close to Cocokeys resort and the promenade shopping plaza. « less

There was nothing fancy about this hotel. It was more business oriented than family oriented. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient for being free. There was not a changing table in the lobby restroom. I often find this happens in a lot of restrooms anymore. The fridge in our room did not work. We said something to the front desk and by the next day the problem was fixed. On our last day there while checking to ensure we had packed up all of our daughters toys; I found trash and others toys under the bedskirt. I also found someone else's t-shirt under the curtain (between the wall and bench).. This makes me question and wonder how well the rooms are cleaned. The AC also did not maintain a constant temperature and it often got warm in the room. The walls are thin and a lot of noise was heard from other rooms. I'm sure people said the same thing about us too as we have an almost 2 year old. Overall I've stayed in worse places. « less
