You cant beat the location next to Tiergarden! The hotel facilities offer a spa with swimming pool, conference rooms, shops and hairdressers! The staff presentation was excellent and the service very attentive! Breakfast is beautifully presented under a coloured glass dome and with plenty of staff to attend you its a real treat! « less

I stayed on business last week and had a fantastic trip. The staff could not do enough for you, the business centre were very attentive and efficient as were cleaner and reception staff. The hotel was full to capacity as there was a large conference on so extremely busy. This didnt show and the hotel mastered the effortless look and never appeared swamped under. I had deluxe double on the 12th floor and had a beautiful view over the Zoo and a bathroom larger than I have seen previously. Every need was taken care of and I would love to return to this lovely hotel. For a large brand and a huge hotel I expected the service to be hit and miss but I couldn't have been more wrong. Perfect for visiting this wonderful city. My thanks goes to Verena Peterman who was an excellent host as goes the same for Katja Jakobs in the Business Centre who excelled at Customer Service thank you ladies. « less
