My husband and I have been staying at the Westin Crown Center for the past 40 years. We have stayed by ourselves, with our children and are now staying there with our children and grandchildren. We have tickets to the NASCAR races so we frequent the hotel at least twice a year. The Westin has always been very accommodating. From the valet services to the front desk, to the house cleaning services, you are always treated as a special guest. We have had more good experiences than bad. The couple of bad experiences were quickly taken care of and made right. We love the new look the Westin has. The remodeled lounge is bright and inviting. The guest rooms have the Heavenly Beds which are wonderful and the bathrooms have the great new showers! I must say the one thing we really do miss at the Westin is Benton’s. Benton’s was a restaurant above the hotel and we frequented that when celebrating special occasions. We are looking forward to our next visit and are anxious to see the Christmas decorations this year. « less

I recently stayed at the Westin Crown Center. I have been staying at the Westin in Kansas City for years, and I have always had a wonderful experience. Everything about the hotel is top notch....the room, the amenities, the location, the lobby, the bar, the work out facility. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. I also like the uniqueness of the hotel in its connection to Crown Center and the cascading waterfall that is above the lobby. The aesthetics separate it from other hotels in the area. I would definitely recommend the Westin Crown Center to anyone. I love it and look forward to coming back soon. « less

With everything withintwo blocks from the hotel it is very easy to relax and enjoy your stay. My wife and I and family are looking to come back for the Irish Festival. « less

We stayed at the Westin at Crown Center this weekend. The hotel was a wonderful place and everyone there made you feel very comfortable. The rooms were nice and the beds were wonderful so it was easy to fall asleep. The hotel is close to several events around the downtown area and we were there with our grandkids while their parents went to ROCKFEST! The hotel was filled with a lot of the rockfest crowds but it was not noisy in the least bit which I was really surprised about. We would stay again if we ever needed to. I can't think of anything that I didn't like about the Westin. « less
