My mistake was unpacking and undressing before testing TV - apparently on the same cable circuit. Front desk claimed no other guests had that problem. Offerred to move me again after 11pm; I declined. « less

I am very sorry your experience was less then spectacular. Yes, I do recall the wedding group that you were with and yes your group did have many reservations. We worked for several weeks with the group coordinator to ensure that everything went off without a hitch, we shuttled your group to several of the requested stops traveling over 40 minutes one way. We do strive to make your guests experience a pleasant one. Once again I do apologize for any inconvenience.

My boyfriend and I randomly stayed here about a month ago. When we checked in, the front desk agent didn't move from her chair. In fact, I can still remember her look of confusion when we walked in. 'Can I help you...?' Yeah, we needed a room for the night... I'm not sure what else we would be there for. Maybe she's used to checking in business men&women/late night truckers.. And not couples in their mid 20's that are passing through the area. Either way, we both discussed after the check in that she made us feel completely uncomfortable and not welcome whatsoever. I just think it's such a shame when hotels and restaurants have people like this working their front desk. Front desk people are the FACE of restaurants and hotels, and there are plenty of friendly, potential employees out there that could change places and situations such as this upside down!! We would have appreciated a smile, a welcome.. anything. It was horrible. The room wasn't too bad. I believe we paid about $75 for a king room. The next morning, we went down for breakfast and were stalked by the janitor who made it CLEAR that breakfast was almost over. The whole experience was just BLAH. Especially considering that the month before we paid only $20 more to stay in a king suite at mount airy and got treated like royalty. Sure, this hotel is convenient, but if you're looking for a LITTLE bit better of an experience.. shop around. « less

We stay at this hotel every year when visiting family in Bethlehem. The rooms are ok (need a facelift) but the staff is friendly and helpful. Our favorite person is George who works in the breakfast area. He is so happy and friendly! Always has a smile and is more than eager to get you something if it's not on the breafast bar. The breakfast bar is above average. Oh, and they have cookies on the counter at the check in area late in the day. That's a nice touch. « less
