Great location with most things we wanted to see in four days a short walking distance away. Hotel room a bit noisy during the night due to fire-trucks etc but, hey, this is a city location so you shouldn't complain too much. Tried to move rooms to a room away from the amin street but hotel full so just not possible. Breakfast was filling and plentiful. Parking is just ridiculously expensive but it is everywhere in San Francisco. Just be prepared for it! Overall, good stay in a good hotel. Expensive for what it was but, again, San Francisco is not a cheap city! « less

Stayed here several times - it was never impressive but was perfectly serviceable and the location is good. However, last night, the hotel was overbooked, and despite a guaranteed reservation and my loyalty to Hilton, I was denied a room at the hotel. The hotel provided an alternate accommodation that was neither convenient nor appropriate for business travel.
Nothing special to begin with, and not worth taking a chance of being denied a room. Try the Marriott or Hyatt in the same neighborhood - cleaner, better staff and perhaps even a room to go with your guaranteed reservation. « less

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were what one would expect at a Hilton. I am a fan of Hilton's when I travel. It was nicely decorated, clean, well serviced, and the staff was attentive. On the negative side, I felt the room and parking were too expensive, but I guess that is to be expected in the Fisherman's Wharf area. I give it 3 stars because I do not consider it as good a value as other Hilton's in which I have stayed. « less
