air conditioning failed in the room, they gave us another room late at night after a worker came to the room, tried some things and agreed it wasn't working. We had to move rooms at 10:30 pm and were told we could leave some things in the old room so we didn't have to move everything late at night. The next day they tried to charge us for two rooms! Rooms were not great, looked like moth holes in the blankets. Needs an update. « less
