After checking many reviews for various hotels in Niagara Falls, I decided upon the Radisson. I was so pleased with my decision. The Radisson is everything other reviewers said and more. Check in was done by a very pleasant young man, who was courteous, professional and friendly. We were late arriving and he expedited the process quickly. The room,1337, had a spectacular view of the falls and we could lay in bed and watch one of Canada's natural wonders. What a way to fall asleep. Unfortunately I dropped two sets of car keys in the parking lot on our second evening. When I called down to the desk to ask if keys had been turned in, the clerk advised me that he was in the process of going through the guest register to locate the owner. What service. I highly recommend this hotel - staff is thoughtful and pleasant, our room was very clean and the view beyond description. The young maintenance man that came to assist us was also most helpful. If you don't stay at the Radisson Fallsview you are doing yourself a disservice. « less

I stayed here using points I had earned from travel for my job. I figured I would get a standard room, but I was upgraded to the top floor with a beautiful view of the falls! It was an excellent experience overall, everyone at the hotel was very friendly (as is the case with most people I met in Ontario) and it was a wonderful way to end my trip to Canada. I hope to go back to this hotel in the future and stay longer than just one night. « less

The Radisson Fallsview is awesome! The view was incredible from our room. We were on a high floor overlooking the falls. The room was clean, the bathroom totally spotless, and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. The hotel was completely booked for a cheerleading competition, but the staff handled large groups of girls like pros. The assistant manager was SO sweet and accommodating. She was professional, courteous, and made us feel at home. Even though the hotel was totally booked for a cheerleading competition, she took the time to check us in early so my elderly parents and I could beat the rush.
Tony Roma's is in the hotel but I highly recommend not eating there ever. The breakfast buffet is an expensive joke. Fruit was canned, eggs were lukewarm. I rather eat food out of a vending machine. « less

Stayed here for 2 nights for our anniversary. Stayed on the 6th floor and didn't think it would be high up enough but we were wrong. The view was fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, the customer service was fantastic, the location was great. We left the do not disturb sign on the door and was left a bag of fresh new towels and toiletries outside the door for us. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! « less
