All the various staff made for a truly great experience, from the welcoming treats in the room to the always available helpful staff .Bonus were the fabulous meals and amazing staff at Coco's. A real plus indeed.

Would recommend, was clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Could hear the people walking above us, however not disruptive. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Liked that parking was included, this is a huge win!

"Amazing Value, Location and Checked Most Boxes."

We had a great three night stay here. The hotel building is a little older (1968), but the rooms have been updated to 2025 and are very clean. The staff is friendly and quite helpful. Also the beds are very comfortable. Some of the highlights of this hotel are that it has two pools (1 indoor and one outdoor), Coco's restaurant attached with great food and live music in the evenings, 10 minute walk to the falls, 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill, free parking included, two Starbucks and a Tim Hortons within one block. I could keep going but you get the idea. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is located only one block from "The Falls". Fallsview Casino located directly across the street. Adjacent to the Skylon Tower, Imax Theatre and Queen Victoria Park. Maid of the Mist and other attractions within walking distance. We offer free parking for our quest. Hotel has been relaunched as a "Hallmark Holiday Inn". Rooms are spacious with private balconies. Indoor and outdoor pools. Live entertainment on our patio nightly. Coco's Restaurant on site specializing in wood fired cooking.
