"The situation was bad unfortunately"

We were moved to the Hilton and they gave us three rooms all three rooms were different categories two of the rooms were Falls Veiw and mine the the person who put their credit card up got roof and air conditioner veiw. I believe the rooms should have been all the same and dealing with the Hilton staff was a joke. I couldn't believe they run a hotel that poorly.
