My father and I stayed here earlier this month for 5 nights. The rooms were clean and modern and the staff was very friendly. They always made the effort to say hello and ask if we needed anything. The free WiFi was sufficient enough to check email and surf the web. It was extremely easy to login although I questioned the security of the network since the password was very simple. The TV service was fine, we had no trouble finding channels. The breakfast was ok. Could have been better but I wasn't really expecting too much. The dining area was a bit noisy because the television and overhead stereo system were both on. I thought it should have been either one or the other. The only downfall for me was the hallway noise and lack of laundry machines available. There was a gap between the floor and the door that let in a lot of light at night time and also let in a lot of hallway noise. There is only one coin operated washer and one dryer available to use. Overall we were satisfied and would recommend this HIE to anyone staying in that area. « less

This is a fairly new hotel. the property is always well kept, from the lawn, to the lobby and especially the rooms. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with ANY needs you may have. Rooms are modern and cleaned on a timely basis. Room service staff is always pleasant and are not disturbed by a request to "come back at a later time". I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my business travelers, family and friends. I would even choose to stay here just to get away for the weekend. me and my dog (because they are pet-friendly as well) « less

The staff was very professional. The rooms were clean but after switching rooms twice, I realized that the entire TV system/cable was flawed. It took forever to change channels. There was a long delay and the TV continuously read signal lost etc etc... very frustrating.
The staff did try to make things right. It was just the cable system, not really their fault. Still I would not stay more than one night. « less
