I love the look of the hotel, inside and out, the staff was always extremely cordial, the bed was comfortable, there wasn't any noise outside of the hotel window or in the hallway at night while we were trying to sleep and the pool and hot tub on the roof was very nice as well. I loved the views up there and I also enjoyed the free hot, buffet style breakfast. This hotel is right across the street from River Street so you are about 600 feet away from a lot of nice restaurants, candy shops, souvenir shops, etc. Valet parking is available and also a city parking deck right next door. I highly recommend this hotel.

The highlight of the stay has been Gail who works in the breakfast area every morning. She is delightful! Her attitude and servant's heart are such a pleasure.
