126 Guest Rooms all (NON-SMOKING)as of January 1, 2014. Our property surrounds itself with Eight Picturesque Acres of Grand Old Trees and Natural Springs, Historic Carradoc Mansion House on site with a American/Indian Restaurant and a lounge that has additional outdoor seating on our veranda Happy Hour from 5-7 with 1/2 Priced food and Beverages. We also have In Room Coffee, Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Complimentary wireless and wired internet access in all guestrooms, 37in LED Flatscreen tv's with 70 cable channels, complimentary 24 hr. business center and fitness center with all new equipment. Seasonal Outdoor Pool with New furniture and plantings to give you areas for quiet sunbathing and networking with your fellow guests. Meeting & Banquet Facilities for up to 300, Complimentary Parking, Complimentary Shuttle to and from Dulles Airport for groups of 10 and under.
