Iron was dirty and smudged black on my white pants. Room service food was very good. Breakfast cost is steep at $14. Only coffee is offered for free in a.m. « less

Outstanding service from front desk area and superior cleaned rooms housekeeping. The only thing to work on would be the quality of food served in the restaurant and also room service. I order items 2 days in a row for breakfast and dinner and it was horrible. The items tasted and appeared like Frozen Breakfast and Old Fashion TV Dinners, I expect more from Hilton Brands. Excellent location for shopping , restaurants and also close to the company I was visiting. « less

We stayed here because of the Hilton name, and it lived up to expectations. Our hotel room was clean, everything worked, no problems. There were a lot of teens participating in a sports tournament staying there and although they were loud in the hallway, they were not disruptive once we were in the room. Hotel did a great job corralling them so there was NO inconvenience to other guests. « less
