Other hotels take a card and charge when you check in. Fairfield you have to pay when you make reservations and it's nonrefundable. If you are unable to check in because of circumstances that mean you just lost your money.

I have stayed here for three or four years now when I visit family. Patti in the breakfast area does a wonderful job, she is friendly and kind. The front desk staff and the manager are also great. I emailed with the manager, Gabbie Ross, to make sure my visit was available, as I accidently booked thru a 3rd party. Never again, I'll email the manager for help in future years.
