We had a wonderful 24 hour stay at the Grand Hyatt DFW after traveling almost 24 hours from Sydney Australia. I made an error in my desperation to book and contacted booking.com instead of the hotel directly. Don't do that! We got a beautiful king room, well appointed and a comfortable king bed. We were offered accessories for our stay since our luggage was at the airport. We had a wonderful cocktail and delicious salmon at the restaurant bar. Lina was awesome at the bar. We had an excellent breakfast and were able to get a slightly later checkout. I would stay here again. Thank you.

The front desk really saved our night providing us extra clothes to sleep in and toiletries since we didn't have our bags. She even came up to our room with a laundry soap sheet so I could wash our under things in the sink. Between the amazing service, the cookies in the lobby and the lovely room, our wild trip was so much less stressful because the front desk took care of us!
