"Unresponsive to issues."

We prepaid our stay for three days. After our first night and use of the shower, it was noticed that the tub didn't drain well so we ended up showering in a foot of water. The shower curtain was also gray along the bottom. The desk was notified but the next day, it was the same although a clean shower curtain had been installed. We notified the desk again and nothing changed. We weren't even offered a different room. Also, the Internet didn't work for two nights. They said later it was a provider issue and they had informed the guests but our room phone didn't work so we never heard. We had to call the desk on our cell phones. The second day we had a dial tone but the buttons didn't work. Overall a poor experience with lack of sympathy or response from the management. When we checked out they couldn't give us a discount or refund because it was prepaid, i.e. they already had our money. So, they promised a discount on future stays at their hotel. Why would we do that?.

Superb service offered to me and family for five nights, involving a shift of rooms to accommodate us better, all despite a very full hotel! Graceful, friendly and professional front desk staff, especially Andrea who is a remarkable manager. Rooms were clean and well serviced as well.
