Cleaning products & protocols shall include EPA-approved disinfectants that meet CDC requirements for use and effectiveness against viruses, bacteria & other airborne & bloodborne pathogens. Public Spaces & communal areas are cleaned & disinfected frequently with an emphasis on high touch areas. Occupied guest rooms currently are currently being cleaned 1x per 7 days with guest not present & checked out rooms are left for 24 to 48 hours after checkout before staff entering room. Once checked out rooms are cleaned using EPA disinfectants for hard & soft surfaces by spraying all & then leaving to rest on surfaces for 20 minutes before housekeeper completes proper cleaning of room, with a focus on high touch areas. Laundry - linens, towels are washed in accordance with CDC guidelines, including washing items as appropriate in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. If a room is presumed case of Covid-19 the affected room shall be removed from service & quarantined until cleaned safely & by CDC stds.
