I was there for 16 days and no one ever came in my room to change my sheets or give me towels. My sister always took the sheets off the bed and took them home to wash and also she took the towels home to wash. The phone in the room never did work. If you wanted the front desk you had to call them on your cell phone and then the phone would ring and no one would answer it. If you went to the front desk for something you would have to wait for someone to come to the desk for about 10 to 15 minutes.
