Overall the property was very good. Being in a business park setting, it was near the freeway with easy access to restaurants and places of interest. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous and willing to answer any of our questions or concerns that we had. The suite came with a full kitchen. We have family in Syracuse so this was definitely a good place to stay. We will stay here again next time we come visit our family.

things seemed clean enough. bed was the stiffest thing, close to sleeping on the floor. room did not have any usb ports (its 2025). TV remote didn't work. broken cupboards in the bathroom. almost empty roll of toilet paper with no replacements. one towel. two night stay, stayed 1.

Property description

Beautiful, spacious all suite hotel that includes all the amenities & services you will need. Complimentary full, hot Breakfast Buffet each morning and complimentary light dinner/+social hour (M - Thurs evenings 5:30-7pm).Wireless Internet throughout hotel, Full Business Center, Fitness Room, Convenience Center, outdoor pool w/ guest grill. Also, complimentary laundry facilities. Fully equipped kitchen and living area. This would be a 4 star hotel, but we do not have a restaurant. Superb customer service and attention to detail. Absolutely beautiful hotel!
