LuxiaSuites Center City is just one of four LuxiaSuites locations in Wilmington; specializing in Corporate executive housing and long stay guests. This Center City location is in the heart of downtown Wilmington on Orange Street and is unique, boutique alternative to a standard hotel. The ground floor of the building is retail with Plexus, a high end fitness center, coming soon a Starbucks, Café Mezzanotte and Theater N that shows independent films with beer and wine for residents. You can't enter the residences without your key card, but once off the elevator on the main floor you will find that you will start to feel like you are at home with a huge great room with a pool table. Across the hall is the 24 hour fitness area and guest laundry facility (which takes credit!) The Cyber room is set like an Internet café where on the weekdays you can find the Club breakfast of bagels, yogurts with other grab and go items. These Suites went through major renovation last year with a re branding to Luxia in November. All Suites are customized so no two are alike in terms of décor but all include full kitchens, china, glass and silver, expanded cable channels and comp WIFI. Other amenities include 24 hour front desk and concierge service, shuttle within a five mile radius and provide housekeeping service once a week.
