Our checkin host, LaShawn was very welcoming, helpful and courteous. Her pleasant demeanor and willingness to help was displayed throughout our stay. The breakfast hosts were very accommodating to our party, which became larger as my Nephew's wedding day approached. My family opted for the all you can eat 12.99 breakfast which included a menu of variety. I would definitely visit this hotel again as well as recommend it to others.

"Heard everything! Couldn’t sleep!"

My wife and I stayed at your hotel due to my appointment at UF Health in Jacksonville. The hotel was beautiful, super clean and had lots of amenities. That said, we heard EVERY sound cars, trains yes, trains, people in the hallway opening and closing the doors to the stairwell, people yelling. It was horrible! At five am I called the front desk and cancelled the second night we had planned. When I checked out, the wonderful lady at the front desk, Rose, was SO PROFESSIONAL! She listened to my concerns and refunded my money for that horrible night's experience. Rose was AWESOME! Hotel experience was HORRIBLE!
