I had a great stay at this hotel. I love being able to take the ferry over to the game. The hotel receptionist was a big help. The rooms were nice and clean.

We came for The Browns Football Game. The reception Kyra was amazing and attentive to our needs. She was very friendly. A great asset to your company and should be promoted. Our room was clean. The toilet did get stopped up on the first day. The maintenance person was cheerful and took care of the problem. I wish they had plungers in ever room of the hotel and toilet brushes. We did not try in restaurants at the hotel. We had to pay to park but that's expected downtown which I don't care for at any hotel. The price was reasonable. The hotel had balloons in lobby for each football team. I thought that was great. The best part is when Kyra told us we can catch the Ferry boat to the game. Yeaaaaa! We did not have to worry about parking and it was fun. We paid for the roundtrip Ferry to the game and back. Checkout was easy on my phone. We will stay here again. The only issue we had is that the housekeeper did not come back to clean our room when we told her we was not ready yet. We had to get wash clothes and towels that evening from the front desk. Oh, I also love that we were by the Riverwalk. I did not pay attention to that feature but prefer to have balcony room to see more of the city. The walkway to river walk was very close and probably need a more appealing landscape may be some flowers to make the pathway to the riverwalk look better but the hotel may not own that land. It was just a suggestion because I could see that area from my room. Overall I had a great experience. I loved Kyra's hospitality. I forgot to say the security guard was helpful to in directing my husband to where to park.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I accidentally booked through a third party and then needed to check out early. The third party said I need to request a refund through the hotel but the hotel said they have nothing to do with it. The third party customer service was very friendly and is working on everything they can do for me. Hopefully this will all work out in the end.
