There was no microwave and no mini refrigerator and when I checked in they would not let me use my AAA discount. The check-in lady was rude to me, but smiled at the locals coming in for karaoke. Not coming back.

Property Description

Quality Hotel and Conference Center aka Holiday Inn "On the Hill" is located in the heart of Bluefield. We are located near shopping centers, restaurants, as well as fast food restaurants. We are also just minutes away from a bowling alley and skating rink with indoor putt putt. We are just minutes away from Bluefield State College and Bluefield College. We also have an onsite Lounge as well as Four Season's Cafe with room service. We have a 24 hour business center that help with all of your business needs including a printer and a copier. We also have a fitness center with a sauna. We have ice machines on each floor and we have veding machines on the first floor. We also have 6 meeting rooms to cover all you your banquet needs. We have different size banquet rooms that can seat from 15 to 350 people. We also offer a wide variety of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner selections, as well as some refreshments and snacks for meetings who need to go light.
