The hotel was great but my experience was made the better by having great service from the hotel valets. When I got to the hotel to check in I had a flat tire. The valets at the time of our arrival volunteered to fix the flat which they did to my relief. Our overall experience was great but the extra effort put in by the valets was truly exceptional.
