We have stayed multiple times and always end up here when we are in the Grand Rapids area. This visit was to attend a relatives funeral. We realized after we checked in and got to our room that the timing of the funeral would mean we'd have to fly back to North Carolina in our dress clothes that we wore to the funeral. Thanks to the great staff at this location and especially Kari Lee, who suggested even though it would be past normal check out time, she would extend the time so we would have plenty of time to come back after the funeral and still have access to our room to change clothes more suited for an eight hour trip back to NC. We are so grateful to her for helping us out. Every employer can only wish for employees who display the kindness and empathy that Kari showed us. We will continue to be repeat clients of this hotel.

Cleaning policies
In public spaces, we have added to our already rigorous cleaning protocols, requiring that surfaces are treated with hospital-grade disinfectants and that this cleaning is done with increased frequency. In guest rooms, Marriott has added to its detailed cleaning practices, requiring all surfaces to be thoroughly cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants. Disinfecting alcohol wipes are available upon guest request at the front desk. To help alleviate the risk of COVID-19 transmission through person-to-person contact, we have signage in our lobby to remind guests to maintain social distancing protocols. We have also added partitions at the front desk to provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and associates and we have make masks and gloves available to associates. You'll see more hand sanitizing stations around our hotel - near the entrances and front desks, elevators, and fitness and meeting spaces.

Host your small business meeting or training seminar in our 315-square-foot meeting space. Our event room can host up 12 colleagues for a productive brainstorming session in Grandville.
We do not have a food and beverage minimum, but we do have the meeting room rental of $100.00, plus tax. The meeting room comes with an expo board, markets, flipchart, pens, and SpringHill Suites scratch papers. Before, and after, each meeting we sanitize the room with Ecolab products then use an electrostatic gun per Marriott’s new standard to keep everything as clean as possible!
