When I booked this hotel for my kids, I specifically asked for a pool. Well, there was one but it's under construction so they couldn't use it. Cobwebs all over the room, dirty stained bathtub, a door that looked like it had been broken into multiple times and cigarette burns on the curtains and blankets. All for $150. RIDICULOUS. The customer service just kept telling them "it is by Windam" Also, my son was asked for $100 deposit that I was not previously warned about upon booking. I'll be looking for a refund. CNt get ahold of anyone by phone, I guess I'll have to walk in. Probably won't do much good.
