Based on the need to have digital tech skill to respond to guest responses such as room service to request a meal, the assumption is that all age groups ( to include seniors) are able to do so. That is clearly not the case and totally shuts us out of access to important requests. Much to my surprise Calls for possible alternatives were made by curt, insensitive responses from front desk personnel! It's a first time experience for me as an 85 year old who still travel and felt very “left out” because of the digital skills needed without alternatives during my stay at ur hotel. This was extremely disappointing ❗️.
