This upscale hotel opens to a smaller traditional style lobby that leads into Citrus restaurant offering breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner. Part of the restaurant is a patio with a fountain that is partially covered and connected to one of the meeting rooms. Most of the meeting spaces offer natural light and are decorated with black and white decor in the traditional theme of the hotel. All technology needed for any event is built in. The deluxe rooms offer with a king size bed, separate living area with double pull out sofa, kitchenette and complimentary services such hi speed/wireless Internet connection and full hot/cold breakfast buffet. In addition to these facilities, the hotel offers a fitness facility with steam rooms and saunas, 50 ft long indoor swimming pool and our rooftop patio with a panoramic view of the city and two heated whirl pools open year round.

We had 10 rooms and a conference room booked at The Grand Hotel for our National Sales Meeting in March. The sales staff (Matt) was very accommodating to our requests and last minute changes. The hotel itself is very nice and in a good location. The rooms were large, clean and quiet. We loved the fact that there were hardwood floors and tile, a small kitchenette and sitting area in each room. The view from the rooftop hot tubs was spectacular it feels like you can see all of Toronto from up there. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a huge assortment of hot and cold breakfast items. We will definitely be back next year!

Overall positive experience. They need better late night security coverage to deal with party noise. We had three nights experience in four where someone from our team was kept awake by party noise on their floor and security did a poor job of quieting the situation.
