This was a great place to stay. Definitely, one of the best Best Westerns I have stayed at. The staff was helpful. The room and the greater hotel was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It was bright and sunny. Breakfast was better than expected due to Covid conditions. Thank you!

The service staff was so friendly, they would speak when we were in the hallway and I loved that they spoke English so it was easy to ask a question and understand their answer! The room was quite comfortable and had anything you could ask for! The pool and hot tub were better than ones in other hotels we have stayed in. Everything was kept very clean! The breakfast assortment of items were very good. If someone could not find what he/she liked there, a restaurant would not suit them either. The employees at the front desk were very friendly and took care of our every need. Thank you for a fun get away!

Every time we encountered an employee, they greeted us with a smile and asked how we are doing and if they could help us in any way. We had the jacuzzi tub room and it was very nice. Shower stall was a little small, but loved having a comfoybed, sofa bed plus arm chair. Breakfast is included and it was very popular.

The hotel was beautiful and clean and the employees were very friendly. But I was upset because I came for a wedding and was informed that the price went up considerably because of some kind of sporting event going on. Then I was also disappointed because I was told that coffee, hot chocolate and tea would be available 24/7. But at 9pm I went to get hot chocolate before I went to sleep and there wasn't any. It might sound pretty but don't tell a person it will be and then not keep up with it. Other than that the room was comfortable and nice.
