No carts to transfer belongings from car to hotel. The elevator was broken and us seniors with bad back and bad heart was put on the 3rd floor in a smoking room. None of this was revealed at the time of a three night prepaid booking. When revealed, a full refund was refused. We did not stay and had to go to another hotel at double the cost.
