There was at some point a leak from the 3rd floor into the bathroom of Room 219. Drywall is peeling away, cracks poorly patched, but not finished professionally. There was a major error in my billing for this stay. Lori at the front desk was so wonderful in handling uncooperative computers and printer. Could not print a copy of my correct invoice. None of this was her fault, however I will be contacting your office tomorrow 7/11/2025 regarding the figures she showed as adjusted fees. Nowhere was there any notation of my Hilton Honors membership/rates, etc. in what Lori found on in your system. Will discuss coreect amount during my phone conversation.
