Property Description

Award winning ocean front boutique all-suite hotel "tucked away" for more seclusion on beach. On A1A 3/4 mile south of SR 192, immediately north of Melbourne Beach and approx. 20 min. south of Cocoa Beach. All 30 suites, fully appointed and equipped kitchenettes. All suites sleep 4 with 5 or 6 possible on 3rd. floor suites. All upper floors accessed by two stair cases. Azure outdoor pool heated in winter. Surroundings lend tropical ambiance to this "old Florida" style condo hotel. The hotel features private beach access, a sun deck and beach showers. On-site guest laundry, Big Green Egg state of the art grill/baker/smoker with free wood chips/utensils. Private fish cleaning station for surf fishing successes. Free wireless internet and fax. Whether it is a family vacation, reunion, business trip or beach wedding, our quaint, comfortable and immaculate 30 unit all-suite resort with it's very friendly staff, will bring you back time and time again.
