Sneha at the front desk was so pleasant and accommodating when we found out early check in was not available because of an extremely busy weekend. She did some checking and was able to get us in before 3:00. We traveled in for a wedding at 4:00 in the next town of Utica. Room was comfortable and clean and served our overnight needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very friendly, accommodating and clean.
