"Floor was not clean."

The room looked like it had not been vacuumed in I don't know how long. Trash under the edge of the bed and a dead bug under one of the chairs. Bathroom and bed were clean but they didn't replace the bed linens the day we requested it. Will stay somewhere else next visit.
