Our all-suite hotel includes studio suites and one-bedroom suites. All suites include fully equipped kitchens (refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, dishes, cookware, and utensils), a spacious work area with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, comfortable recliner, hairdryer, and full-size ironing board. Our studio suites have 1 queen bed or 2 twin beds (NOT doubles). Our one-bedroom suites have 1 queen bed and 1 pullout sofa bed.Our on-site amenities include a one-stop-shop convenience store, a gym that includes cardio machines, a weight machine, and free weights, an outdoor grill and patio area, free washers and dryers on-site, and items to lend, which include crockpots, blenders, board games, and extra utensils.Sonesta hotels are pet-friendly and welcome well-mannered pets, with no breed or weight restrictions. Up to two pets are permitted per room or suite. At Sonesta Simply Suites, a fee of $75 USD one-time charge for stays up to 7 nights, and $150 USD for longer stays. Registered guests with service animals do not follow the same rules and regulations, and the Hotel may not charge those guests a pet fee. An emotional support animal, however, is not considered a service animal and is not protected under the American Disability Act as an animal serving guests with disabilities. Emotional support animals therefore fall under the hotel's PAWS pet policy and all its rules and regulations.Please note that if extensive cleaning and repairs are necessary beyond a normal deep cleaning process you may be charged additional fees.We are within walking distance of many restaurants and a large mall.
