The check in was terrible, reservation requests were not honored at check in. They assigned me rooms then had to re assign me rooms because the first ones weren't clean enough. This is all before I even get into a room. Once I enter the rooms the floors were dirty, the fridge was dirty, the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and there was blood on the comforter. They wanted to charge me for using a common area.
