Alicia Wallace and staff were wonderful! Jenny was your team member who greeted us upon arrival and went into full customer service mode. We were very happy with our room. Once settled in our room, Jenny called our room to make sure everything met our needs and were happy with the room, plus she waived a small fee (our pet fee). A young lady was very friendly and helpful during our checking out. I would like to say that was the end of our stay, again due to the lapse in my memory, I forgot my cane in the our room and I called to ask if she could help me out by getting my cane from our room and as my husband drove back up to the hotel to retrieve my cane if she could hand it to him as it is hard to park because we were travelling with our fifth wheel trailer (43') and truck, it would be more convenient for us to just pull up and have my cane handed to him, with no second thought about it your team member said “ absolutely no problem”.It was so wonderful to receive superior customer service. We will definitely be returning plus I will also reference your establishment to anybody else staying in Great Falls.

Our award-winning Days Inn is locally owned and managed. We take pride in providing a clean, well maintained hotel. Our friendly staff strives to to assure your stay is the best in Great Falls. After a restful night's sleep, in own of our pillow-topped queen or king beds, we will start your day with our complimentary Daybreak Breakfast. We offer 50+ channels of cable TV, Free wirelss internet access, Free local calls, a fitness center and a guest laundry. Our off street location is away from noisy traffic. We are convenient to restaurants, shopping, museums, schools, riverside walking trails and the Montana ExpoPark. We would would the opportunity to be your host while in Great Falls.
