We had a nice stay at the Quality Inn in Bennettsville, SC. It was in a good, safe area of town. The room was clean, breakfast was good and they recently did a major renovation so the lobby was really nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

First of all I was charged double when booking online because I was told it was the only room left which when I arrived there were 10 rooms available. Was told I could not cancel room since booked through a third party. What a scam! Once in room there was dog hair on pillows and bed, toilet leaked and dripped after flushing and found dead bugs along wall. Dirty hair dryer and outlets looked like they were going to fall out of the wall so was afraid to plug anything in. Room needed a thorough cleaning. Only good thing about the hotel stay was the ladies at the service desk. Very nice!
