Our All-Suite property is conveniently located just off I-80/I-35 and University Ave Exit, in the heart of West Des Moines! We offer some of the largest suites in the area at no more of a cost than the traditional hotel!
Studio Queen Suites are suites including a Queen bed and separate living room space, divided by space only with a pullout sofa sleeper. The bathroom is a split bath; the sink and vanity are completely separate from the stool and shower. Full appliance kitchen including a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
Studio King Suites are suites including a King bed and separate living room space, divided by space only with a pullout sofa sleeper. The bathroom is a split bath; the sink and vanity are completely separate from the stool and shower. Studio Double Queen Suites are suites with two queen beds side-by-side, separate living room space, divided by space only, with a pullout sofa sleeper. Penthouse King/Queen Suites are two level suites, with upstairs loft with vaulted ceilings, a brand-new Queen bed, television, and full bathroom. The downstairs offers a brand-new King bed, separate living room space with a pullout sofa sleeper that does have an accordion type door that closes for some limited privacy from the living room and a second full bathroom. Full appliance kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.
Suites range from nearly 500 sq ft to almost 1,000 sq ft!!
