Every Summer when I travel to my parent's house in Del Rio, Texas, I always stop and stay overnight at Holiday Inn Express off of 135th Street in Oklahoma City, OK. This hotel is very clean and the staff is always very helpful and welcoming. I would like to give a special Thank you to a nice staff member, Brayden. He went out of his way to make sure that our stay at Holiday Inn Express was a pleasant experience. The staff members are also very accommodating when I need to bring my beagle, Lily to travel with us. The location of this hotel is nice because there are several restaurant choices nearby. I stay at this hotel twice every Summer. Thank you Holiday Inn Express!

Hotel was only one mile from Mercy Hospital. I was in OKC for a cancer biopsy, so in light of that, the three desk clerks I met, with their welcoming smiles and greetings were most helpful in making me relaxed and comfortable. The room was also beautiful, but I always find greater value in the staff than furniture, carpeting and drapes. They make the greatest difference.

Hotel was fine. Very clean and quiet. Two problems. Thermostat will not go below 65 but it is actually about 72. The front desk has no desk fans, so if you like sleeping cool at night you're out of luck. All other Holiday Inn Express's I have stayed in have a desk fan for you to use. There are no microwaves or refrigerators at this location! That was a problem because we purchased two rooms and my husband in one room is a diabetic and my mother in another room is a diabetic and they had no place to keep insulin cold. Other Holiday Inn Express's I have stayed in have microwaves and refrigerators.
