Not happy when I needed help both clerks were ot front smoking BY THE ENTRANCE, when I needed help as tge key card would not open the room,gave me a new room lights and clock unplugged I'd stay here again for convenience as it's far from the worst place/room I've stayed in.

The staff was very efficient and extremely kind. That is where the good part stops. The bed was clean, but I am not sure of the rest. The carpet, was good, but the tile had a sticky cleaner residue. The fixtures were clean, but the walls were partially repainted from a repair and the door stop was moved, showing broken plaster. The fan sounded like birds chirping for about an hour. I didn't ask for another room for fear it would be worse. I stayed here twenty years ago while in business and the place was flawless. It is sadly rundown, in need of some serious work.
