The lady that took our reservation was wonderful however the staff that were working were dismissive and not very friendly. I find it incredibly rude when you talk to someone and they do not respond. I suspect that it was because we are from Ontario and speak english.

Such a great stay! Hotel is extremely nice, and all the workers were amazing! Had to extend my stay due to a storm and they were super accommodating and helpful!

Conveniently located 3km south of Hwy 401 on Brookdale Ave just minutes from downtown. Across the street from the Benson Center and within walking distance of 7 restaurants including are very own Eight Zero Zero Resto Lounge .As well enjoy our large heated indoor pool, whirlpool and exercise room.
