The most serious issue I didn't like is I could not call hotel directly and had to use third party. Cost lot more money. The staff was excellent at the establishment. Never again lesson learned.

Property description

Warm/cozy. small/friendly hotel which consist of 53 rooms over three stories. Elevator and staircase available. Hotel has been a totally nonsmoking facility for more than 5 years. There is no meeting or banquet space nor shuttle service sponsored by the hotel. Contract forms of transportation are available. Hotel is located approx 7 tenths of a mile from the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Opry Mills Malls. Also numerous entertainment attractions within a mile radius. Only 15 minutes from dodwntown and Nashville International Airport. Guest rooms are equipped with mini refrigerator and microwave, iron/ironing board,hair dryer, desk table with electrical hookups, wireless Internet Access and 32" Flat Screen LCD TV. There is a business center desk with Internet and printer capability in the main lobby. Complimentary deluxe Continental breakfast.
