My husband and I spent two nights, September 20th and 21st. We would definitely stay here again. We attended a Vikings game and it was a quick Lyft ride from the hotel to the US Bank. The hotel is easy walking distance from plenty of restaurants and bars. The Dover Restaurant and Bar that is connected to the hotel is where we spent most of our time though, great food, try the Walleye Benedict on the breakfast menu! The evening bartender, Steve, was fun to visit with and provided great service! The chicken wings were also delicious! Great cook staff here.

Meeting accomodations: 26,000 square feet of functional meeting space.17 meeting rooms, including 4 ballrooms accommodating events and meetings from 10-900 people. Complete banquet and conference services staff and on-site audioivisual team. Two adjacent ballrooms ideal for association and corporate meetings and evnts - the park Ballroom is 5,500 sq feet and the Terracce Ballroom if 4,900 sq ft.

Green Sustainability

Participant in Hilton's sustainability program of LightStay. We measure usage metrics for energy, water and waste/repurpose. Specifically we are involved with Hennepin County's recycling program to reduce waste, we have many practices to minimize our paper use through express check-out and paperless billing, reuse towel program, banquet program which utilized tap water for meetings and breaks, and participate in a food/waste program.
