The Park South Hotel is located just steps from Gramercy Park and a short walk to the Empire State and Flatiron buildings. It is a wonderful retreat tucked away from the hustle and bustle and just a short subway ride anywhere in the city.
Stepping into the lobby, your eye is drawn to the library where guests can curl up in a plush velvet chair and while away an afternoon. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and you could see the bellman genuinely interested in his conversation with returning guests. Just past the front desk is the Black Duck, an intimate bistro serving an inspired seafood menu. They have a live jazz band during dinner and an extensive brunch on the weekends. Guests will enjoy rooms with loft ceilings highlighted by creams and earth tones to take full advantage of the picture windows. Cherry wood, soft suedes and leather furnishings add to the classic elegance of the decor. The hotel also has three meeting spaces with the larges accommodating 60 for a banquet. This is a great hotel option for all group types and one sure to wow guests.
