From the time you walk in the door staff greet you with a friendly, professional attitude. The front desk staff were impeccably dressed in business professional clothing with exceptional customer service manners. And the facility was impressively clean throughout. The staff deserve kudos for their exceptional care in making a good impression.

"Entry issues / power out five hours / noisy neighbors."

There was entry issues needed a new key. I left but my friend was still there and they would not let him back in the room until I called even though he signed the paperwork on check in. The power was out for five hours the next day. Noisy people in hallways and other rooms that kept my friend up. UNACCEPTABLE ! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will tell everyone I know to find different accommodations.
