"A weird unwanted experience."

We came in exhausted after 9 hours of driving at 10 pm. The room smelled like someone had smoked there. There was no coffee maker or coffee in the room. Covid was the excuse but every other hotel we stayed in offered coffee. At midnight, knocks on a nearby door woke us with "Police! Open up!" At 130 am, another customer was given a key to our room by mistake. Thankfully we had placed the security bar over the door, as the people slammed the door open. They were as wierded out as we were as we shouted "This room is occupied!" I hope this is very rare for your company it was our first time statying at an ESA. Denis Beausejour.
