My travel plans changed 10 DAYS before my trip. Called the hotel to cancel my room and absolutely got the run around on why my room could not be cancelled and I would have to pay for a room I did not use. I will never book at the Holiday Inn properties again!

I've stayed here on a few other occasions and he been very happy with the accommodations. I had a good stay this time too, however the room I was in had a noisy A/C unit, but it worked out to be good for white noise. The hotel was pretty full this time and some of the guests did not seem to care about their voice volume at 6:00 AM and 11:30 PM. The A/C unit helped drown out their noisy disregard for others. The people working at the hotel are all very nice and helpful. I'm not sure if the restaurant is affiliated with Holiday Inn, but the food and service was good too. There's easy access to highway 69 and 35 and it's not far from other stores and places I needed to stop at. Over all I would recommend this Holiday Inn to others.
